Introduction.

The Hiberband satellite network brings connectivity to every corner of the world for the Internet of Things. Besides our direct-to-satellite network access for sensors, Hiber now introduces the Hiberband Via to launch IoT solutions with off-the-shelf LoRaWAN wireless sensor devices that benefit from the global coverage of the Hiberband satellite network.

The Hiberband Via is a comprehensive gateway solution that offers IoT satellite connectivity to wireless sensors through the Hiberband low-orbit satellite network.

Powered by a solar panel, the Hiberband Via is designed to operate independently from power grids, which more often than not are unavailable in remote locations. The Hiberband Via’s enhanced data transmission capabilities provides data service for up to 50 connected sensors.
