Step 1: Gateway installation

Installation begins with the gateway, a compact 4-kilogram unit responsible for transmitting well data to satellite networks. It is mounted in a central location on existing infrastructure.

Once installed, a LoRa connectivity check is performed using a pre-configured sensor to confirm communication between devices before proceeding to field deployment.

Step 2: Sensor installation

After gateway validation, sensors are deployed across individual wellheads.

HiberHilo sensors arrive pre-configured, removing the need for on-site setup or calibration. Each installation typically takes around ten minutes and uses a standard half-inch NPT connection for integration into existing Christmas tree infrastructure.

With clear documentation and installation guidance, field teams can complete deployments quickly and consistently. In practice, operators have successfully installed multiple sensors on a single platform within a day.

Step 3: System validation and data access

Once installation is complete, connectivity is confirmed through the system interface. Data begins flowing into the dashboard within minutes, providing near real-time visibility into well performance.

This immediate feedback loop enables faster operational awareness and supports more efficient decision-making across assets.
